The Color Purple

I love all of these pieces, but I've never worn them together.  I like the pattern on the skirt, and the detailing on the top.  Any big chested girl will tell you about our love/hate relationship with button up shirts.  They either pull in the chest or are super baggy around the waist.  I've never found a button up that was just perfect, and I've yet to take a shirt in to be tailored.  Maybe someday I'll find the perfect button up, but until then, there is this.
Top: Banana Republic
Skirt: LOFT
Shoes: soho

Note to self: the white cami underneath doesn't work... I couldn't tell until I saw the pictures.

The top is really cute :) I didn't think two completely different patterns would go together.

I really like the different patterns together. Purple looks great on you, friend!

I'm so loving this combo... I need to go out and get a purple blouse now!! I love the idea of mixing prints, but I've never actually done it.. great job, girl! Since you don't like the white tank, try a nude color one next time.

the white-cami-effect happens to me aaall the time...i have no idea what works and doesn't till i see a photograph.
i popped over here from kendi everyday and now i'm falling for your polka-dot pattern mixing AND the fact that you're a seattle-ite! i went to college out there and miss it tons!
