8 Mile

Day 8 of the 30 for 30 Challenge!  It is still early in the challenge, so I'm not feeling too bad.  I still feel like I have plenty of options and combinations to try.  I have identified some pieces that I wish I wouldn't have included, and I am longing for some items that I didn't include.  Next time I will be doing things a bit differently.
Top: F21
Skirt: Merona
Cardigan: H&M
Shoes: Jessica Simpson

I am so glad I included these shoes in my challenge.  I purchased them the Sunday before the challenge began because I knew having a tan/nude pump would come in handyThey are really comfy (hand to God it's the truth!) and go great with all the color/pattern mixing I'll be doing for the 30 for 30.
Remixers, what is your favorite piece that you've included?

Love Love Love!!!

No favorite pieces yet, in fact I kind of resent all of them already.

I can't believe you're on 8 (as is most of the group), and my stupid sick days last week have me on DAY 5!! Crazy.

You look like a retro dream. :) I love all of your colors. And those shoes are so to die for.

My favorite piece I've included has been my pair of green bow flats from Forever 21. I hated them before the challenge, and now, I can't wait to figure out how to add a pop of mint green to everything I wear!

I think this is one of the best outfits I've seen so far. Very Super Woman! Those nude pumps were a great find. My favorite item so far has been a gold pleated skirt that I picked up from the Gap.

Happy Remixing!

I love how the colors of your sweater and skirt play off each other. Great combo!

What a bright and fun outfit! I am kicking myself for not including more color even just a bright top and cardi would've made a real big difference! But I like everything I have so far!

I love all the colors in this outfit! Everything goes together so seamlessly-- totally jealous of all the primary colors, I kept my 30 pretty dark, so I'm craving the punch of color!

Red and blue are such strong colors, but you really make them work together. You're so right about nude pumps as well - they go with everything.

I'm definitely not on speaking terms with my grey sweater dress - why did I include that piece?!
My booties are proving to be worth their weight in gold, though.

Absolutely love the color choices here; the shirt complements the cardigan and skirt perfectly! I can't believe you already on day 8; I feel so far behind!

I love that retro top so much! Really, everything about this outfit is fun and bright and sassy! And I love that you went so bright with the whole outfit and then anchored it all with a pair of nude heels! Perfect!!

I have that top too, and I always tend toward the same palette you've used here. I can't wait to see you remix this top- I'll be checking your blog for inspiration. Ironically, the last time I wore this top I also wore some JS pumps. Weird. I know what you mean about the comfort level- she makes a GREAT pair of shoes!!

I love the colors! They're so fun. :)

I need to get myself some heels. Any pointers for walking in them? I look ridiculous trying to walk in them.
