Only Got Four Minutes to Save the World

Woo!  Day 4 of the 30 for 30 Challenge!  I got myself a new toy yesterday: a remote for my camera! The Turk wasn't too happy to wake up at 6:30 every morning to take my pictures.  Something about being up all night studying for grad school exams (I know, selfish right?!).  I can take my pictures by myself and he can sleep in.  It's a win win!
Why yes, thanks for asking, this is the same cowl neck sweater I've worn a million times already.  I have it in two colors and I put both of them in my 30 for 30 lineup.  You think I wear them a lot on the blog, you should see me on off-days.  I'm usually in this or my oversize Chicago Cubs tee.

Sweater: H&M
Skirt: Merona
 Shoes: Jessica Simpson

So this is an outtake because it's I cut off my shoes, but I wanted you to see how pretty the sky was this morning

I know this is sort of a minimalist look.  I'm not a member of the "I Love Accessories Club" at all.  Most of the time I'll add a belt, and then sometimes a necklace.  Usually I like to let my clothes (and shoes!) take center stage.  I'm going to try and push myself because I've been seeing some great remixers playing with their accessories for this challenge.  You really need to play with accessories to make your outfits unique during this challenge since we have such limited wardrobes.  How are my fellow remixers doing?

I love that skirt. I've seen it on many a blogger, but never found one for myself. It looks great on you by the way.

I love this skirt! It reminds me of one that Kendi used during her last 30for30.

Tell me more about this remote you purcahsed? I'm on the search for something similar. One last question - what type of camera do you use?

this is very cute on you. If you want to accessorize more, you could add some earrings in a bright color and maybe a belt, too! :)

I really want a remote! I don't like having walk back and forth to my camera. Lazy? Maybe. Haha

How cute are your number props?? I love it! Not only are they informative BUT they are something to do with your hands in the photos. BRILLIANT.
I'm definitely not a memeber of the "I Love Accessories" club either. But this challenge is making me think outside the box. I love it.
