Six and the City

Day 6 of the 30 for 30 Challenge!  I took advantage of the daylight that I don't see when I'm working during the week.  My trusty photographer and I scouted Seattle for a good photo location and we settled on this for Day 6, a far cry from the beautiful skyline I featured on Day 5.  Choosing interesting and different backgrounds for my photos can be challenging when I only have 15 minutes in the morning to find a location and take my photos before work.  Weekends are always nice for pictures so I can get natural light.

Cardigan: Mossimo

How do you feel about finding locations for shoots?  Do you choose the same backdrop each day or do you like to switch it up each day like me?

Gorgeous photos!!! And those shoes are the bomb! I try to switch up the shooting location from time to time, but usually it's front of my beige hallway wall, mainly because I'm always short on time! :(

I love how this outfit is all black and white and then suddenly we get a glimpse of your shoes and it's like 'Bam - color and spunk' Love it!

As far as location shots for me, it all depends on what I am doing that day and what I can get. Since I take my own shots, it is hard to do without a ledge and I don't like people looking at me like I am crazy. LOL. So sometimes it is the same spot. Sometimes it is different. - Katy

I love the pop of color your shoes add to your look! I have a pair of royal blue pumps too and they're always great for that!
As far as locations, I'm so bad at that part! Usually I take pics on the go, but I try to be in an interesting location.

Ooooooo, I loveth those shoes. I love a good background, but I am too chicken to take it in our yard or a public place in case I get caught, haha.
