River Deep, Mountain High

So I have a confession.  Actually, more just an embarrassing story.  While I was packing my car, it became very clear that I would have to ship a lot of stuff home, because it simply would not fit.  Two 24x24 boxes later and I thought I had enough space.  At the last minute I realized that I still needed to ship out some things.  I just took a random laundry basket of clothes and threw it in a box to send.  No big deal right? WRONG!  I mailed all of my coats home!  So I am trekking across America during winter with no winter coat!  Luckily for me, this Urban Outfitters sweater was tucked in my bag so it is all I have.  It's going to be a looooong cold drive home!
 Top: Merona
Sweater (LIFESAVER?): Urban Outfitters
Jeans: Gap
Boots: Mossimo
Sick of these jeans yet? Me neither!  I had so little room to pack, these are the only jeans that made the cut!  Be prepared to see them a loooot over the next few days!
Thanks again to my dad who froze his fingers off taking my pictures this morning!

Sorry to hear about your coats and the cold outside, BUT on a positive note that cardigan is gorgeous! Great photos of you, looking very pretty even while trekking!

I'm not a huge Celine fan but this is one of the few songs I will belt out at the top of my lungs! BTW, I always feel like a coat is way too constrictive for long drives - I can't even stand to wear one for my one hour commute to work! So I say... GO SWEATER! It might be up for MVP of the long drive home!

I would be going to buy a new coat if that sweater weren't so cute and comfy-looking

That sweater looks comfy and warm. If not warm enough, a new coat could make a nice souvenir from your road trip! Not necessarily one that says "I was here." One that says "Banana Republic" or "Jessica Simpson" would work!

That sounds like something I'd do with the coats, but I'm glad you had your sweater to save the day!

You, my dear, excel at something I continuously struggle with - comfort and style. You manage to wear things which flatter you and make you sparkle, but look so comfy. Inspirational!
