Eleven

I feel so far behind the pack right now because I'm only on Day 11.  I have been going out of town a lot and just simply not planning well enough to bring outfits and my camera with me.  I better step up my game before someone finishes the challenge while I'm still on Day 14...
Top: Old Navy
Skirt: Merona
Blazer: H&M
Shoes: Jessica Simpson
Bag: Coach
So... a little funny story for y'all (my sisters are big Texans and I pick up the "y'all" after talking to them on the phone or being around them for more than 30 seconds)... Sometimes, my buddy and I go places that we probably shouldn't to take the pictures for IKC.  Today was no exception.  I'm pretty sure we were trespassing while taking today's photos, and several times men on Gators circled us giving us dirty looks before driving away.  Luckily for me, my buddy is a member of the press so he could get us out of a jam if need be.  It's good to have friends in (semi?)high places...
How far do you go for a good photograph?

great color blocking!!

I sometimes feel weird taking photos in very public places. Once I did them in the middle of a convention with like thousands of people around me - hello weird looks. But in the end haven't done anything illegal (yet), at least I hope so!

I'm sure that was a bit awkward, but I feel you...everytime i do an outside post, people in this city look at me and roll their eyes...they either think im a tourist getting in their way or a wanna be model!

Your outfits are always so bright and cheery! Love the cardi with the yellow skirt!

I love this color combination! I know what you mean about taking pictures in public. It's especially nerve-racking when I'm using a tripod. It's ten times better to have someone there with me, taking the picture instead of trying to fumble with timers and camera settings. It feels less silly.

That yellow skirt is awesome! You look so bright and cheery despite the rando industrial background. I've been really tempted to push the trespassing boundaries lately... we will see!
